PNRM Ukraine realizes the mission to unite managers of science and higher education from different regions of Ukraine for capacity building and national and international networks. The aims of organization are: i) creation of network of research & higher education professional managers of Ukraine; ii) trainings for research & higher education professional managers of Ukraine and teams for transformation and integration into European and global research area; iii) forming a modern flexible and mobile elite to rebuild and reconstruct Ukraine. Main directions of activity: – development of manager personal competencies; – grant activities and international networking; – higher education & research; – innovation and transfer of technology; – science communication; – management of displaced universities.

The networking capabilities of the PNRM will help to promote the project idea and ensure the sustainability of its results, as well as their dissemination among other universities in Ukraine.
