On December 12, 2025, the Polissia National University hosted the annual project meeting of the consortium members.

The scientific event program included:

• discussion of the first year of the project implementation achievements: Natalia Kutsmus, project manager, presented the results of the completed tasks and the developed documents that form the institutional support for the project management system: Communication Strategy, Dissemination Plan, Guidelines for Improving Curricula;
• presentation of the potential of Ukrainian HEIs participating in the consortium to develop students’ competencies in the field of sustainable development;
• discussions on key insights from training visits to The Hague University of Applied Sciences and the Lublin Academy of Economics and Innovation, which were conducted with the aim of exchanging experience between Ukrainian and foreign HEIs in the field of integrating sustainable development principles into the educational process;
• discussion of the roadmap for the projec implementation for the second year;

The practical component of the Annual Project Meeting was a working excursion to the confectionery factory «Zhytomyr Sweets» which provided an opportunity to learn about the specifics of the practical implementation of sustainable management in business processes.
